I provide legal services in Ontario Small Claims Court for individuals and businesses involved in civil disputes. As a licensed Ontario paralegal, I can help you understand your rights and responsibilities, prepare and review court documents, gather and organize evidence, and represent you at settlement conferences and court hearings in matters within the Small Claims Court’s jurisdiction for amounts up to $50,000.

Small Claims Court is designed for disputes involving money owed, damage to property, contract issues, unpaid invoices, and similar claims. It is a simpler and more cost-effective court process than higher courts, but it still requires careful preparation and knowledge of the rules and timelines.
