David Palmer, BA, P1
I am licensed, by the Law Society of Ontario as a Paralegal, to provide legal services in designated areas of law as prescribed by the Law Society of Ontario. I hold a Batchlor's degree in sociology as well as my paralegal licence.
I attend to landlord and tenant matters. I have worked in the landlord and tenant field in a legal clinic setting and am well versed in the specific areas of the law as they relate to ones rights and obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act of Ontario.
As well, I attend to Small Claims Court civil matters which involve money or property disputes and resolutions.
As a licensed paralegal I am an agent of the court and am authorized to act and represent you in Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, Ontario Court of Justice (summary convictions), and Ontario Tribunals and Boards.
My practice is centered around your legal rights and working together to achieve a favourable outcome.
I am aware of the prohibitive cost of legal advice and advocacy and I have therefore based my fees on your financial situation. I will do my best to arrive at a cost that is manageable and agreeable to you.
Call me directly or email me to arrange a complimentary initial consultation.
I'm ready to start working for you immediately.
