I'm your guide through the Landlord and Tenant Board process. Once you have the background knowledge and ongoing support, you'll be able to move your matter forward on your own.

*review your evidence

*outline your choices with moving forward

*confirm you've chosen the proper tenant or landlord forms and that they are filled in properly

*aid in preparation and proper method of serving documents and forms

*instruct on the proper way to open your file in the Landlord and Tenant Portal (TOP)

*provide background feedback on negotiations

*provide preparation background for mediation or hearing

FEE: discount: $200. per billable hour with a maximum of $625. for up to 3.75 billable hours.
